Description: Compulsory Levels 4-6
Ages: 4 Years to 8 Years
Description: JET 1 is a pre-competitive training group. It consists of children ages 4-8 who demonstrate advanced flexibility, strength, and coordination and exceptional potential. The JET program focuses on the development of proper technique, strength, and flexibility. The goal is to train the young gymnasts to reach Team Flyers at an accelerated pace.
Description: JET 2 is a pre-competitive training group. It consists of children ages 4-8 who demonstrate advanced flexibility, strength, and coordination and exceptional potential. The JET program focuses on the development of proper technique, strength, and flexibility. The goal is to train the young gymnasts to reach Team Flyers at an accelerated pace. JET 2 gymnasts are strongly encouraged to participate in our TOP's program.
Ages: 4 Years and up
Description: ETG 1 is made up of Compulsory level gymnasts who demonstrate the desire and potential to become advanced level Optional gymnasts. In addition to their Compulsory work-out schedule, they will attend an Optional level work-out session each week. They will also participate in our TOP's program.
Description: ETG 2 is made up of Optional level gymnasts who demonstrate the desire and potential to become Elite Level Gymnasts. They will participate in our TOP's program and attend an additional work-out session each week.
Ages: 5 Years and up
Description: The Talent Opportunity Program (TOP's) is a program developed by USA Gymnastics to identify and develop potentially talented gymnasts. The program works to develop gymnasts' skills, strength, and flexibility and compares gymnasts of the same age across the United States. JET 2 and Compulsory level gymnasts are encouraged to participate. TOP's is part of the required schedule for Optional level and ETG gymnasts.
