Open Gym Tuesdays 7:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m.: Ages 13 & up, $15 per person (parents need to sign waiver for all participants under the age of 18)
Adult Gymnastics Class, Fridays 7:00-8:00 must be over the age of 18
We will be closed Monday, December 23rd-Sunday, December 29th and Tuesday, December 31st-Wednesday, January 1st.
We will be open Monday, December 30th

Winter Weather Policies
If APS cancels classes for the full day, we will cancel classes.
If APS releases students early or cancels afternoon activities, we also will cancel classes.
If there is inclement weather on a weekend or school holiday, we will post on our website if classes are canceled.

We strive to offer exceptional gymnastics training to all of our students, toddlers through advanced competitive gymnasts, and we take pride in focusing just as strongly on our non-competitive gymnasts as on our competitive and elite training gymnasts.
In our Jungle Gym Academy, toddlers through kindergartners have fun learning basic gymnastics skills, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Gymnasts in our School-Age Academy progress through USA Gymnastics Levels 1 -3, and our instructors teach according to an individualized, progressive curriculum designed to motivate, challenge, and reward gymnasts at all levels. Our class gymnasts have several opportunities throughout the year to perform routines and earn awards in non-competitive exhibition meets. At the competitive level, we have experienced instructors training teams Level 2 through Level 10, the most advanced level of USA Junior Olympic Competitive Gymnastics, and all levels of XCEL.

The balance, coordination, flexibility, and concentration that children learn in their gymnastics classes will help them to succeed either as advanced level gymnasts or in any physical activity they choose to pursue. Our dedicated and experienced instructors in our state-of-the-art facility will ensure that each child enjoys learning gymnastics in a safe, fun, challenging, and positive environment.
